We make
the stuffyou post.
One dedicated pod, a flat monthly fee, and work back in 24 to 48 hours. No lock-in, and every source file is yours.
Recent work
Reels, carousels, brand systems and sites. All of it shipped inside a monthly subscription.

What we make
Four lines. Nothing else. We do not build your app, run your ads or staff your team.

The stuff you post, every week, forever
Short-form, long-form, carousels and decks. Enough volume to hold a posting schedule without your team touching an edit timeline.

An identity that survives a marketing team
Identity systems, guidelines and campaign creative built to be used by people who were not in the room when it was designed.

Marketing sites that load and convert
Marketing sites and landing pages, designed and built. Fast, responsive, and handed over with the source.

Product design your engineers can build
Screens, flows, prototypes and design systems. Specified properly, so handover is not a second project.
How it works
- 01
Subscribe to a plan
Pick a tier, we invoice monthly. Your pod is assigned within one business day and we run a 45-minute kickoff to load your brand, tone and existing assets.
- 02
Request work in the portal
Drop briefs in as they come. Your plan sets how many run at once — everything else queues in the order you rank it. You reprioritise whenever you like.
- 03
Get files in 24 to 48 hours
Delivered as finished files plus native sources. Revisions go in the same thread. Nothing gets held hostage if you leave.
Why a subscription
Not because it is fashionable. Because creative demand is lumpy and every other structure makes you pay for the peak or wait for it.
- Freelancers
- Cheapest per unit and genuinely the right answer at low volume. The cost lands in your calendar instead: sourcing, briefing each one cold, chasing files, and re-explaining the brand every time someone drops off.
- A full-time hire
- One person, one discipline. They cannot edit, animate, design a brand system and build a landing page — and you carry the salary in the months the workload dips.
- A traditional agency
- Scoped, quoted and re-quoted. Good for a launch, slow for a weekly cadence, and the statement of work is where small changes go to become invoices.
- A Danfe pod
- One flat fee, four disciplines, a team that learns your brand once. Flex up and down monthly, pause with 15 days notice, and keep every source file.
What clients say
Their words, not ours. We did not write these and we did not cut the inconvenient parts.
“We went from posting twice a month to four times a week without hiring anyone. The first month felt expensive. The fourth month felt cheap.”
“They rebuilt our explainer library in six weeks. Sales stopped making their own slides, which is the metric I actually cared about.”
“I send a voice note and get a cut back the next morning. That is the entire review of the service.”
“We paused for two months over summer and picked up with the same team in September. No renegotiation, no ramp-up.”
“The pricing page said 24 to 48 hours. It has been 24 to 48 hours for eleven months. That is rarer than it should be.”
Pricing
Flat monthly fee. No quotes, no scoping calls, no change orders.

Questions people actually ask
The ones that come up on every intro call, answered the way we answer them on the call.
Unlimited requests, not unlimited simultaneous output. On Unlimited you can queue as many briefs as you want and six are in production at any one time. As one ships, the next starts. We cap concurrency rather than volume because that is the only version of unlimited that stays honest — a studio promising infinite parallel output is either padding the price or about to miss deadlines.
A mid-level editor in the US runs roughly $75k plus benefits, equipment and management time, and they only do one discipline. Momentum is $43,200 a year and covers editing, motion, design and copy. The real saving is not the salary line though — it is that you are not carrying the cost when the workload dips.
Freelancers are cheaper per deliverable and we would tell you to use them if you need four videos a year. The cost shows up in your calendar: sourcing, briefing each one from scratch, chasing files, and re-explaining your brand every time someone drops off. A pod learns your brand once and holds it.
24 to 48 hours on Momentum and above, 48 to 72 on Spark, measured from when the brief is complete — not from when you first mention it. A short-form edit from supplied footage lands same-day more often than not. A brand system does not, and we will not pretend otherwise; those run on a scoped timeline you agree upfront.
Most clients do not at the start. We work from what exists — product shots, screen recordings, founder selfies, stock where it genuinely fits — and build a shot list for what to capture next. Several clients shoot everything on a phone against a wall and it performs fine.
A named pod: one account lead plus senior creatives, all of whom you meet at kickoff. Not a rotating bench, not an offshore queue you never see. If someone on your pod changes, we tell you before it happens.
Yes, with 15 days notice, and you keep your pod when you come back within 90 days. Seasonal brands pause every year and we plan around it. There is no penalty and no reactivation fee.
You own everything on delivery, including native source files — project files, layered artwork, fonts we licensed for you. That is in the agreement, not a favour. Studios that withhold sources are protecting a switching cost, and we would rather you stayed because the work is good.
Fourteen days from your first invoice. If the first deliverables are not what you expected, tell us and we refund the month in full. You keep the files. We have paid it out twice in two years and both times the mismatch was visible in week one.
Paid media buying, PR, influencer management, and anything requiring engineering beyond a marketing site. We build the creative; someone else runs the spend. If you ask, we will point you at people we trust.

Thirty minutes. We look at what you are posting now, tell you which tier fits, and tell you if the answer is that you do not need us yet.
